I was impressed that the salad bar was well maintained, not messy, and looked appetizing. I can't say the same for other Ruby Tuesday locations! Service was fast, the food was delicious, and my little dude made a mess, but everyone was okay with it. Sorry about that! ;)

My husband I stopped in on a Thursday afternoon for lunch. I had salmon and he had the crabcake. Both were good and I was pleased to be able to order a double order of steamed broccoli and stick to my diet. Service was a little slow for the time of day and size of crowd. Nice atmosphere and friendly staff.

We went there last night. Haven't been to a Ruby Tuesday in a while. Menu has changed and its pretty good. I ordered the peppercorn steak and it was very tender. Salad bar was good. Service was pretty good, she was nice. The only issue we had was we waited a long time for our food.

3/3/2. secured discovered Ruby Tuesdays 30 years ago on Hilton Head Is, SC. nice then we have experienced their consistently good food in Cincinnati and Columbus. his restaurant in Cape Coral is no exception to what we have come to expect. Very nice atmosphere and excellent service. My wife had the salad bar because she always gets the salad bar ar RT. It was excellent as always. I had a turkey burger because I needed a break from fried shrimp. It was a welcome break. I also had the green beans. they are coked just the way I like them. We also likes the small biscuits they serve before your meal. We got out for $25 which is less that most of the ""local" spots which serve lesser quality food. It may not be on the water, but it has very good food.

In the target and publix shopping center parking lot. Very Confusing to find on a gps because it's hidden from the road. The service is OK. But the food was warm, and came out rather quickly. They do need to do a better job of letting the customer know if a dish is spicy. Label it on the menu or something, so it isn't a surprise when the food arrives.

You know that moment of time when you come to a realization that is so simple but so profound? I had a moment like this when I was at Ruby Tuesdays. We had never been but we had a coupon from the weekly ad pack that comes in the mail. Typical consumers, we were swayed by the good deal and the commercials on TV. I looked on yelp and the reviews were not encouraging but we decided to go to draw our own conclusions. The menu is huge and the quantity of food for the price is astounding. For the very hungry and bargain conscious, I get the draw. The atmosphere was ok. The restaurant was not clean. It needed a good dusting and the bathrooms were functional but stomach turning. Ick. The quality of the product was not impressive. The staff could use some lessons on "awareness". I had my epiphany while I was in line at the salad bar - I discovered in my observations the reasons why people get food poisoning in salad bars. People were using their hands, putting the tongs right on the food and slopping things everywhere. It was like the moment I learned what a lap dance really was. Yuck. I am deferring my judgment on other buffet style service (weddings, cruises, hotel breakfasts in Asia) but I will not be going back to Ruby Tuesdays.

My first experience with this Ruby Tuesday a few years ago was not a good one. Long wait for food and bad service. I didn't think I would ever go back. A few months ago my wife had a coupon and wanted to go so I figured I would give them another try. I am glad I did. A lot of new selections on their menu. Me and the wife were very happy with our food. Fast and hot. Salad bar was great. Our server Nancy was the best server we have had at any restaurant in a long time. Because of Nancy we have now become regulars and ask for her every time. She is always very courteous and always makes great suggestions . Me and my wife have enjoyed some great meals on Nancy's recommendations. I would recommend this Ruby Tuesday to anyone in the Cape Coral area.

First off when we got there the waiter Joe was horrible he kept bugging us about our personal life asking us inappropriate questions about our religion and then my husband asked to smoke his vaporizer and he said you can smoke a joint in here with me I don't care. The salad bar had old salad and flies around it. Once our food got there Joe stopped bugging us because it was starting to get busy we heard other customers complaining also about not leaving us alone. It was a horrible experience and because of your waiter Joe we will not be returning.

Well, I picked this place over a hot dog from in front of Home Depot. Glad I did. **** 1/2 stars I was greatly suprize by the outstanding service of my server Jessica. She was very knowledgeable, always on hand when a question popped up. Gave good recommendations. The cooks did a wonderful job on my steak, a perrrfect medium rare ,lobster tail was melt in mouth,(not rubbery AT ALLL) sugar pea side dish done correctly. I actually enjoyed the ranch and blue cheese dressing.at the salad bar. My only distraction was a rude patron yakking on/off the cell phone. But Rudeness of cell phone use is quite common here in SWFL.. This was my first time here and at a Ruby Tuesday. So stay tune for updates of future visits. Over all I was impress for a chain restaurant.
